Natural items like starfish and sand dollars are extremely delicate by nature. When you purchase these items online, they are shipped entirely at the buyer's own risk. Despite our best efforts, these specimens may crack, chip, or break during transit due to carrier handling.

What to Do If Your Items Arrive Broken
While we do not offer refunds, we want to help if your order is severely impacted. If your shells arrive broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
